AM335xEVM LCD Bus

Hi,

As i noticed that, there is a Level Shifter IC between MCU LCD ports and LCD Module. But this module's first and second side voltage references are same level. 3V3.

Also i want to use 4.3" LCD and do i have to use this kind of LineDriver? MCU's LCD Bus outs are weak?

Which is the board that you are talking about? What is the name of the level shifter IC?

Hi Babur,

If you are referring to the level shifter on the AM335X GP EVM LCD board (U4 on page 4), this is to allow interfacing to LCD's with different supply voltages.

Yes it is.

I want to use another LCD. which 480x272, 4.3". So my old product the didn't contain BIAS&CONTROL or GAMMA circuit. This confused me.

Then Standard 24bit line and Control lines and led BL driver is enough i think.
