AM1806 compatibility with PoP memory

Hello,

We are in process of choosing components for our future product, and we have certain concerns when choosing appropriate memory for AM1806 microprocessor. We want to go with the Micron MT29C2G24 256MB - x16 - NAND + 128MB - x16 - LPDDR memory. Confronted with the problem of lacking space we were wondering is it possible to have these components (AM1806 + MT29C2G24) combined as a PoP rather that having discrete memory next to the AM1806?
