6713 DSK with Win7

Hi Team,

   Recently i bought TMS320C6713 DSK from spectrum-digital.I windows 7 and all the tools in CD seems not working properly.Three books i have for this are written on Window XP. So  now i am using XP mode in win7. But still 6713DSK diagnostics utility is not working. 

Any suggestions..

    Harpreet,

    If you are using CCS 3.3, you will want to search the TI Wiki Pages for "win7 dsk6713" or "windows7 dsk6713" (no quotes, also try c6713 with either of those) and follow any advice you find there.

    We would recommend you move to CCSv5 for best results and updates.

    I am not sure the CCS version will affect the diagnostics utility, so you will want to check with Spectrum Digital for their support of Win7 on that useful tool.
