FB console with ICS 4AI.1.7 release on 4470 blaze borad does not work

Hi there,

I have a very specific issue for the FB Console not to work with ICS 4AI.1.7, even the kernel boot logo does not work. I have used the same on blaze board with GB and 4460 and it was working. So what is the difference which does not let the FB console and kernel boot logo not to work? what can be done to get is working? Any pointers will be of great help.

Definitely the problem is ICS.

I am trying to figure out what you need to do, but there are significant changes. Were you able to try the fbtest applications?

Hi Rafael,

I could able to see random images (no test pattern) after stopping android and setting the overlay pipeline, using fbtest, but same does not work with minimal uramdisk and same android kernel.
