Linux SDK for AM335x

I tried to download the Linux SDK from http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/am_bu/sdk/AM335xSDK/latest/index_FDS.html but got a 403 forbidden error.

Where can I download the Linux SDK from? Also what kernel version is supported?

Hi Sean,

This is the link: http://www.ti.com/tool/LINUXEZSDK-SITARA. You will see version information there, but the download buttons still point to invalid links. There was some work on the Linux package in the last few days and links have not been correctly updated yet. TI.com is aware of this, should be fixed soon.

Thank you for the response. That is a pretty bad first impression if you can't even get some links to work.

Is the SDK an alpha, beta release or proven product? If proven how many years has it been in commercial use for?

What type of support is offered? If paid support is an option that what SLAs are provided.

What is the process for reporting bugs found? Is there a bug database available to the public?

Hi Sean,

The SDK was temporarily pulled offline for reasons that have nothing to do with bug fixing. It will be back online soon, I think some delay is caused by holidays in the US.
