AM3517 EZLinux installer broken ?

Downloaded ti-sdk-am3517-evm-05.05.01.00-Linux-x86-Install from ti website.

Running Ubuntu 10.04 in VirtualBox.

Attempting to execute installer gives:

"application specific initialization failed: bad end of central directory record".

I have re-downloaded the installer, same result. I can run other installers (AM33xx, AM37xx) without an issue. What am I missing ?

Hi Rainier,

It seem that the installer is broken. I observe the same error message.

I'll move the thread to the proper forum - AM35x, AM37x Cortex-A8 Microprocessors Forum.

All,

There was an issue with the file upload to the ti.com server. I have just pulled this file down this morning and verified the md5sum so the issue appears to have been fixed. Please let us know if you are still seeing download issues on this link.

I would like to thank you. Now the ti-sdk-am3517-evm-05.05.01.00-Linux-x86-Install could be installed without any problems.

Hi Chase,

Now the ti-sdk-am3517-evm-05.05.01.00-Linux-x86-Install could be installed with some problems."setup.sh","makefile" and some files no content.
