Ethernet boot mode

Hello,

It is described in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/DM816x_AM389x_EMAC_Boot that ethernet boot mode is done using DHCP server.

I would like to ask if it is possible to do the same with static IP on DM8168, without requiring dhcp server on the HOST.
