Interrupt Disable and Enable from User-Space call

I am working on DA830. Here i need to call interrupt disable and enable from User-Space Application instead of Kernel-Space.

Can i get any Utility for disable and enable the interrupts from User-Space.

If possible provide source code for user-space, ASAP.
