In DM8168 using DVR RDK 3.00,

how do check the CPU loading of vpss, vicp and dsp?

You can invoke Vsys_printDetailedStatistics() API which will pront total load on different cores and invidividual thread breakdown on the console. If you running mcfw_api_demo option "i" invokes this API.
