c6x Linux Real Time OS?

Hi,

I have found the Linux Release for C6x Devices at: http://linux-c6x.org/wiki/index.php/Linux-c6x_2.0_Release

Can I guarantee real time operations using this linux release? Or is this not a real-time Operating system?
