I have downloaded the devout and followed the instructions as given here

I don't get any build error but the Android filesystem is not getting correctly built. If i check the out/target/product/beagleboard/system/app folder, there is only Filemanager-1.1.6.apk. But if I check the FS of prebuilt image downloaded from TI site, there are lots of apes in the app folder. If I put my built images on sdcard and try to boot beagleboard XM, it doesn't come up.
Following is my setup
Host platform - 32 bit Ubuntu 10.04 on virtual box
Target - Beagleboard XM
Android platform - TI-Android-ICS-4.0.3-DevKit-3.0.0
