wifi connection drops in gingerbread

hi all
i have ported rowboat android gingerbread on my BB-xm also my ralink wifi
dongle is up and running on gingerbread with GUI
the problem i m facing is , wifi can connect to particular AP only for
about 15 mins after that i m losing interconnection and the wifi settngs
shows that it is "scanning" even though my AP is active. so i need to turn
off the wifi and then turn on to connect to the internet again.

how can i
make wifi always connected to particular AP unless i turn off wifi myself
? (assuming AP is always available)

USB-based wifi is not natively supported on the TI DevKit.

However, could you post the logcat output form the time connection is established to the time it gets lost? It might provide some clues.

could you please tell me, which Ralink dongle (chip) you are using and how you got it to work?

i m using ralink 3370 chiset based wifi hardware..

i have got it done as per this tutorial

and i used linux-3.0 ralink drivers on rowboat-kernel-2.6.37 because in linux-2.6.37 its is still staging
