Does this article suit for omap3_evm?

Hi,all.
I want to change the linux boot addr and I find this article http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/HOWTO_Change_the_Linux_Kernel_Start_Address.

but I wonder whether this method suit for omap3_evm? It seems like for OMAPL137, can I directly use the steps in this atricle?

In the case of this article, can I still use the addr 0x80000100 to pass params between kernel and uboot? I only want to change kernel ,but I didn't want to change uboot

This article will not directly apply for OMAP3 EVM as OMAP-L13x is almost similar to Davinci DM36x series. You can still use the address 0x8000_0100 to pass params between kernel and u-boot as 0x8000_0000 is a valid DDR address.
