log in as root???

There is no log in required in u-boot. You can directly use the command prompt. To know more about the commands, run the command "help" on the prompt.

so,whats the meaning of following line:

root@192.168.1.51 #

and what about "target $"???

The is the filesystem command prompt coming from the shell application.

This is u-boot prompt. This is before kernel being booted up.

Please check for these in your serial terminal for all command prompts.
