C6674 DDR3, which simulation model?

Hi Ti

I am doing a C6674 simulation with the Hyperlynx 8.2.1 DDR Wizard

I get a warning that the clock output pin is not differential.

I also noted that the C6670 IBIS file is much more recent (and contains much more data) than that of the C667X(1-8), and also contains a differential DDR clock driver.

Can I use the C6670 IBIS file for the C6674, or is it not a reflection of the C6674?

Will the C6674 IBIS be updated with the correct clock info?
