Receiving packets over ethernet

Hi...

was anyone out there ever able to receive packets over the ethernet with a modified emac-example (singlecore or multicore)? I try to send packets with a packet generator and try to receive them with the emac example. I don't get it working...

Are you using the NDK? Many customers have modified the NDK and sent/received packets using the NDK.

I tried the NDK... with NDK I can send and receive packets! I verified this with the "helloworld" demo, where UDP packets are sent and received by the DSP! But this works only on core 0... if I run the demo on other cores, I get initialization errors while initializing qmss!

I want to implement a core independent ethernet program, where every core can send and receive packets.... so if anyone can help me with the NDK I would be glad too ;)

Philipp,

I recall there were some threads that discussed this earlier and had a solution. Can you do a search on this? If you can't find it, then reply back to this thread and I'll try to hunt down the thread that had this along with it's solution.
