Kernel cannot distinguish SD

Hi,

     I have test custom board of 8148, I can boot the board on SD boot mode. But I can not find SD node in /dev directory of file system.Also the "fdisk -l" can not find SD disk.The kernel version is 2.6.37. How to solve the problem? I want to operate SD on custom board.
