What is the issue are you facing? Have you logged in with My ti account?

Yes have logged in. Seeing window with the below message. Not getting pop up to download file.

Probably you could try once with different browser.

Could you try downloading with the link have sent. Tried with several browser and machines and they are not working.

Yes..you are right...there seem to be temporary issue out there.
