Hi all,

Can somebody tell be the difference between OMAP3530DCBB and OMAP3530ECBB. The part OMAP3530DCBB is now obsolete . Also looking at the datasheet, it is mentioned that it is a silicon revision.

Still to confirm, can i use it ' E suffix' as a direct replacement for 'D suffix'.

Hi Mandar,

The processor with device revision code D could be replaced with revision code E. The difference is in the subversion of the silicon revision. You could find description in the silicon errata document at the link:

Look at the Table 1 and Table 2.
