We r planned to use W25X3VSFIG as SPI boot flash and IS42S16160D-6BL as DRAM across TMS320C6745 as which are used in OMAPL137 EVM . But we are unable to get these part numbers, can anybody suggest some alternative part numbers for these ICs i.e SPI boot flash and DRAM for TMS320C6745 DSP
