How do you modify CCS5 SysBios auto generated linker command file memory configuration?

Hello E2E,

I am trying to have a section of code linked to a static address using a custom linker command file but the auto generated linker command file does not allow it.  The output map still shows the section of code linked elsewhere.  How do I modify the memory configuration that is used by the auto generated linker command file?
