    Given that it's a DSP, it's normally reported in terms of MACs (Multiply-Accumulates per Second) and FLOPs (Floating Point Operations per Second)  These are listed on the producted page -> TMS320C6678 as well as in the data manual as 320GMAC and 160GFLOP.
