The AM335x has 64k internal RAM and 64k Shared RAM.Which looks like it may be shared with the PRU unit. If there is no PRU unit, is the 64K still available for the AM335x core? or is the shared 64K only available in parts that have the PRU unit?
Answer :
It is possible to get ~128kB of internal RAM. Please note the ~1kB of the internal SRAM is reserved so technically it is closer to 127kB.
