about the android-4.0.3 SDK

my platform has 128MByte DDR2 ram,256Mbyte Nand flash, Cortex-A8 MCU now. Is it enough for Android-4.0.3 in terms of resources ?if not, What about android-2.4.3? if I increase the DD2 SDram to 256MBytes ,what will happen. Actually, my platform is similar with Beaglebone without LCD and also do not need the most exising applications in the android file system.That means I just need the android platform's basic functions. Can you advice which is the best choice for me? Appriciate your reply!

The EVM has 2x256MByte DDR2 memory (2x256Mx8), the Beaglebone has 1x256MByte DDR2 (1x128Mx16).

thanks,but that document doesn't mention the minimum hardware requirement actually, can you tell if it is possible for my hardware to run 4.0.3 by deleting as many unnessesary modules as possible?
