Yes, DM365 supports this capture resolution and frame rate comfortably. It can even support more than this.

Can DM365 receive square pixel (768x576, 29.5Mhz) in BT.656 mode? (BT.656 supports normally 27Mhz input)

Yes, it supports BT656 at this resolution easily.
