Follow-up question:

Is it okay to use SYS/BIOS (w/ SYSLink) instead?  Are there particular guidelines or recommendations to keep in mind when making a decision?

Reason I ask is that some of the BeagleBoard-xM stuff steers you to the Sitara SDK--which doesn't appear to use DSPLink?--and I'm just trying to figure out the right way to go.

I read the differences page and the SYS/BIOS main page at:

My reading of both seem to suggest that SYS/BIOS should be used since that is where feature development and product support will be going forward.  DSP/BIOS should not be used unless you're already working on that old(er) version and want/need to stay on it for some reason.  Is this a fair interpretation?
