Re-programming IBL

Hi,

I was instructed to make a change to the IBL device.c file and then recompile the IBL. What is the correct method for re-flashing the EEPROM address 0x51 with the new IBL file.

You can follow it up to step 9 for flashing the IBL. The steps afterwards are optional.
