Today I read the white paper, the title is "Improve perceptual video quality : skin-tone macroblock detection".

In white paper, Fig 5 describe the data flow in DM816x video processor.
My question is
1. Is it available to get the solution for skin-ton macroblock detection ?
How can I try the solution with my board?
2. If currently not, when is it possbile to get the solution?
3. In paper, "For more information about TI’s VTC demo, please visit: www.ti.com/truviewvtcdemo",
but I can't find demo video, Where can I get the demo video?
It is very important feature for me, Please give me any infomation regarding this solution.
