HOW TO DO EDMA programming on DSP Processor of OMAPL138

Hi All, 

1. Can any one please guide me how to proceed to programme EDMA3 controller for DSP processor on OMAP L138.

2. I have done the same from LINUX + ARM , but i have no prior experience on DSP and its environment

    Hence i am not able to figure how to start on DSP .

3. Do we have EDMA LDD api available on DSP side also ?

4. Can any one please provide some starting point and if possible some SAMPLE code for the same .

    EDMA LLD supports for OMAPL138 and is best option to start with. It has sample programs as well to experiment with.

    I got an folder named "ti-dvsdk_omapl138-evm_04_03_00_06" form my IT team . 

    Can you please let me know where can i find EDMA sample coded & related folder ...

    I cant find some readme.txt  also in this folder , which can give me some idea for contents of various folder's ....
