Hi all,

Console print
"[C66xx_0] ti.sysbios.knl.Task: line 359: E_stackOverflow: Task 0x85c2a8 stack overflow.
[C66xx_0] xdc.runtime.Error.raise: terminating execution"

I use ROV check my stack peak.

as the picture, I can`t found which task occurred stack overflow. And I think I have config them enough.But run in tskImgTrans which use to jpeg encode,EDMA and TCP transmit, the stack will be overflow.

My environment as follow:

XDCtools version 3.23.4.60

EDMA3 LLD 2.11.6

FC 3.23.1.14

MCSDK 2.1.1.4

NDK 2.21.1.38

SYS/BIOS 6.34.3.19

XDAIS 7.21.1.07

Hi Li,

None of the tasks from the ROV view in the screenshot have a stack overflow as the stack peak is much less than the stack size. Are you constructing tasks in your application code (i.e. using Task_construct instead of Task_create) ? I believe constructed tasks dont show up in the ROV view and since the Task handle (0x85c2a8) for the task that has a stack overflow is not in the ROV view, it might be a constructed task.
