I want to know where I can find the csl and rts ?because my project. needs these libraries.Nothing can replace these files?

YOu can get CSLs mentioned in the links http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Chip_support_library

RTS will be part of CCS package. You can get it under compiler tools folder.

C674x only has rCSL support and RTS libraries are part of your C6000 Compiler Download which as Radhesh suggested should be part of your CCS installations.
