Interface between CMOS Image Sensor & 66AK2H12_Multicore DSP+ARM KeyStone.

The 66AK2H12 doesn't have a peripheral interface designed to interface directly with a CMOS image sensor.  If you wanted to connect a Keystone I or II device you would need an FPGA to modify the interface to one compatible with the part.  You may be able to find a processor in the Davinci family  that includes a direct connection for a CMOS image sensor.

can you please suggest or give me a document, which describes the interfacing between CCD/CMOS image sensor with 66AK2H12 using FPGA?

We wouldn't have such a document, this in general would be done by the FPGA vendor, as they would be supplying the VHDL code for the FPGA and interfacing the the sensor.
