Camera Error in OMAP 4460 Blaze Tablet

Hi

I am trying to enable camera in blaze tablet which runs ICS 4A.1.7 release as mentioned in the following link http://www.omappedia.com/wiki/4AI.1.7_OMAP4_Icecream_Sandwich_Release_Notes.

I am using TEVM4XXX-CAM-V1-0 camera kit and connected it to Camera 1 (HDMI style) conector in the tablet.I opened the camera/cameraOMpa4 application in the tablet desktop. It is failing with error saying "Can't connect to the camera" error.

Kindly help me to solve the problem.

Regards

  • I can not remember if it is CAM1 or CAM2 where camera should be connected. Please try connecting to the other slot and reboot. If it still does not work check if Ducati binary (ducati-m3.bin) is present in /system/vendor/firmware.

If ducati-m3.bin is present and you are not getting camera to work, please share Android and Ducati logs.
