omap3 camera ISP and CCDC

hi,

i am new for omap3 ISP, i want use adv8189 as the video decorder.so i shoule configure CCDC,i have known the ISP mode should be checked,and the data lines should also be checked.i have read the documents about it .but i still do not kown how to start it.

where to set the CCDS register,is in linux kernel?and if i use dvsdk,the dmai will not be used any more,because i must set V4L2 configuration,anyone help me?or advise me some documentions?

Hi Xiong,

The initialization of the ISP module and setting of CCDC registers should be in the kernel. Look at the

./psp/linux-2.6.37-psp04.02.00.07.sdk/drivers/media/video/isp/ispccdc.h and ispccdc.c files.

The Chapter 12 Camera ISP of the Technical reference manual should be useful for you:

http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruf98x/spruf98x.pdf. and i have made sure of the registers' parameters.and i have read the file ispccdc.c ispccdc.h isp.c and so on.these just tell me the system how to run .it need me to transfer the parameters to the function API.so i need to program?make a c file then run it?

it fuse me.can you tell me in detail .one word,how can i start my register configure?
