We are using DM355 HHT device.
We are working on mp3 audio file. I am running on terminal the below command for HHT device.
bash-4.2# gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=music.mp3 ! mad ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! osssink
But I am not listening any music.Instead of listening music i am getting some garbage sound from HHT device.
could you please suggest on the same to work mp3 audio file in my HHT device.
Pls suggest me any changes need to do in files to work audio file.
We are using DAC PCM 1772 in our custom board instead of CODEC aic33 which is used in DM355 EVM(bcz we have avoided MIC i/p).
From that, we have modified ASP SRGR register for 8KHz sampling rate and using external clock is 2.048MHz to play WAV files, So "SRGR value is 0x101F0F07" , now we are getting into stuck to modify
this register to play the MP3 files in our custom board.
We modified SRGR reg to "0x1016F001" setting 44.1KHz sampling rate and 2.048MHz external clock, but we are getting noisy sounds.
Please suggest me the SRGR value to set the 44.1KHz sampling rate and external clock is 2.048MHz.
Note:
We have configured ASP registers to play WAV files in our custom board properly (like external clock is 2.048MHz and sync with SOC clock & 8KHz sampling rate to play the WAV file).
