DM 8168 hardware design

Hi,

I am doing a project on Real time face recognition and tracking. I am designing board using the TI DM8168, i have custom peripherals and secondary streaming using the USB, UART. So i need Design references and libraries. The university has one Protel(Altium ) student edition, so this library is missing can anyone tell me how to create schematic and design the hardware.
