AM335X VDDS_RTC issue

Hi,

We are using AM335X in our product and found that this RTC supply input w.r.t the GND has close to 150-200 ohm impedance but few other boards has in mega ohms. We have not powered up this board. If we power up this board with external 1.8V LDO then is it going to harm SoC VDDS_RTC block.

Hi,

Perhaps you should first check what is the cause of this difference in impedances?

Hi Biser,

Thanks for the response. We isolated all the associated components but impedance is still around 200-250 ohms...well...we powered the board with external 1.8V LDO and board is working fine. We are not able to find out cause why 250 Ohm and why 50-100K for others...is it internal architecture or manufacturing issue.
