  • Rana,

Which example from which PSP are you using?

Which version of CCS are you using? Which version was the example intended for?

Which version of DSP/BIOS are you using? Which version was the example intended for?

What is the error message that you receive when you try to open the .tcf file?

  • I am using pspdrivers_01_30_01and the example which i want to use is audio example.

    CCS version is 4.2.0.10017

    DSP/BIOS version 4.2.0.10017

i attach the image of error when i open the .tcf file.

    thanks

  • Rana,

Your BIOS version is going to be DSP/BIOS 5.xx or SYS/BIOS 6.xx .

There is an Insert Image icon button in the E2E editor that will accept several image file types, like jpeg and png. Also, you can click on the Options link-button above the previous post window and attach a file from that view.

  • Hi Sir

I need your some help in my project.

i am using C6748_StarterWare_1_20_03_03. in the examples i run Mcasp example which is basically a audio loop back by using edma.

now sir i want to make exactly same project but using uart instead of Mcasp . kindly tell me what changes will be make in mcasp project .

i want data from uart into edma (edma will work as it work in mcasp example)then again send back to uart.

    thanks

  • Rana,

We never came to an understanding or common ground in the first part of this thread, so you may want to start a new thread and I will let someone else try to help you.

You should try to find an example program or driver for the UART. You do not want to modify the McASP example to use UART, I do not believe. Someone new may be able to help you better with that.
