Query regarding HBR audio decoding in DA708 DSP

Does the TI DSP (DA708) knows how to reconstruct and decode the HBR(High Bit Rate) audio bit stream?

Hi, DA708 can decode HBR bitstreams. Not sure what is meant by "reconstruct."

Note that DA708 is not publicly available, there are certain requirement that a customer needs to meet before being able to buy this device.
