Video is not smooth when DM365 run at 216M Hz

Hi ,everyone ,I want to run DM365 at 216M ,dual H264,720P.The software is IPNC4.0.

./av_server.out DM368 PAL SNF TNF APPRO2A AEWB 720P H264 3000000 VBR AUTO H264 384000 VBR AUTO MENUOFF &

Now the video is not smooth ,.When it run at 270M,the video is very smooth.

Can DM365 run at 216M smoothly? What should I change in the program?
