I'm trying to determine the state of each ball both while reset is asserted and immediately after reset has been deasserted. It looks like the only info related to this question would be Section 2.8 Terminal Functions of the data manual. So in particular there is a "PULL" column. Does that pullup/down take effect both while reset is asserted and when it's deasserted? Are there any exceptions where it pulls one way while reset is asserted and another way when reset is deasserted?
