I was studying about LTE and the texas instruments contributions in LTE. I found the demonstration about LTE using the SoC TCI6618 on TMS320C66xx EVM. I want to know that the scheduler block shown in the "TMS320TCI6618 block diagram" is configureable by user or fixed? If cofigureable then how can we access this block to change scheduling techniques?
