I would like to ask if it is possible to encode or decode still video (fps = 0) using RDK ?

If a frame is givne to encode/decode link it will process it. What does still video mean ? Is the same frame given repeatedly for processing ?

Yes, it means the same frame is given repeqatedly. I didn't see any problem with that, but still I asked to verify that there is no issue here in framework or codec. I understand now that there is no issue with that.
