Jitter the power of 5V-AC for TPS65217B

Hi,

The power of my board ,using a 5V-AC and a battery . normally,it works OK either by AC or Battery,or Both by AC and Battery.
 
But,if I turn on and off the 5V-AC with a high frequency(Battery is OK) ,jitter the power of 5V-AC for TPS65217B,after several(3~5) seconds,and then supply a stable 5V-AC ,sometimes the board will goto a error state.the CPU can not work anymore,and the CPU_3V3A is 2.8v,the CPU_3V3B is 0.3v. the power management unit of my board is same with the beglebone board.
 
Can anyone help me ? 
 
BTW, is there anyone do a test that using a Signal generator replace the 5V-AC,and generete a square wave(maybe a 100ms-clcye) for the power of TPS65217B?
