Bluetooth doesn't work on 4AJ.2.1

Hi,

I am using custom  board with 4430. My board is using 4AJ2.1 Release ,  I have followed the procedure to bring up Bluetooth as per release notes.

The Bluetooth can't bring up. 

I can see the error message from kernel such as :Bluetooth: st_register failed -22

and messages from mydroid such as: bt_enable: ret: -1, errno: 5

here is my error log:
