UART with EDMA problem

i am using omap l138 and using uart with EDMA.

But the problem is that when i write 1 in FCR register of uart 2 for DMAMODE1 enable bit it will not 1 how to set this bit and why this bit is not set.

using c6748 starter ware drivers.

    Have you figured out a solution for this? We did not do a good job getting a response to you. Sorry.

    Did you find in the UART documentation where it says that the FCR register is write-only, so you cannot read it to see whether DMAMODE1 has been set or not.

    Do you have the operations working that you were trying to implement?
