PWM Counter Compare Shadow FIFO

In SPRUH73G at ePWM module  - CMPCTL register description - table 15-66 there is a reference to CMPA and CMPB shadow FIFOs. There is no other description of these FIFOs - as their depth, width. Are they really exist? Can they be used?
