After the network port communication for some time , the packages are not received .I add a counter in emacRxPktISR function before. it was found that the counter does not increase, seemingly interrupt did not come up.Give me a help ,thanks.

Are you running the NDK or some other SW?

NDK is running in the core3,the core0 and the core1 run some SW but they are not related with NDK.

The intent is to see if the issue is to do with NDK so I can know who to assign the thread to. It's not clear from your response if the issue is related to NDK or something else. Is the issue seen on Core 3 with the NDK running? Is it on another core besides core3 (and NDK is running on Core3?)
