UART Ring Indicator signal active low or active high?

Hi,

I have the following question:

Is the "Ring Indicator" Signal from the UART1 ative low or active high?
From the signal naming ("UARTx_RIN") it is not clear because the "N" at the end is not a "n" like on CTS ("UARTx_CTSn") for example.
In table 19-8 the Type is "1". What does this Type mean?
This is based on SPRUH73G.
