graphics-sdk_4.04.00.02.bin, is there a TI archive somewhere?

The firmware given to me for a project uses graphics-sdk_4.04.00.02. The latest download  link http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/gfxsdk/latest/index_FDS.html only has gfxsdk 4_08_00_01 no listing of archives anywhere, I am having issues with X11 not working properly (Fatal server error:no screens found), but all looks good with lsmod. The build version I have been forced to use has graphics sdk 4.04.00.02 but is missing X11 and all the OGLES & gfxlibs.

Where is this download or git source of graphics-sdk_4.04.00.02.bin?
